Weenie: smoked sausage

Treatment: Grilled

Toppings: Mustard, Onions, Kraut, Maters, Shredded Cheese, Bacon, baked beans, shredded swiss, shredded cheddar, sweet red pepper chopped, mild banana pepper chopped

Toast or grill the bun. Dice the tomatoes. Grill the onions, red pepper and banana pepper. Crumble bacon. Add all ingredients to dog in bun and top with shredded cheeses. Melt cheeses over dog in microwave or oven before serving. Hot peppers can be added for extra kick if desired.
