A update on your classic West Virginia dog with extra spicy chili, Jalapenos, onions, and a fiery Sriracha hotsauce (instead of the traditional mustard.) Topped with a little coleslaw to help cool things down. Grilled tailgate style.
Chili Sauce, Onions, Slaw, Jalepenos, Sriracha Sauce
Grill dog then pour a small portion of Sriracha hot sauce (don't go overboard. A little goes a long way.) Mix in a little extra Sriracha with chili sauce with chili before adding it to dog. Add onions and sauteed Jalapenos. Finally top with fresh creamy coleslaw. Serve on a buttered, grilled bun.
