split the dog down the middle and place split side down on a 12 to 16 inch tortilla, place bacon on top, cover generously with your favorite spicy chily, spread a generous amount of tabasco on that with jalapenos, habanerro's and red peppers. add salsa, grilled onions, shredded cheese, kraut, relish,ketchup, musturd,and sour cream. then pray the next morning!
