An all-beef, kosher hot dog topped with a slice of grilled kosher bologna and served on a warm poppy seed bun.

Weenie: Kosher Beef

Treatment: Grilled

Toppings: Mustard, Kosher Bologna

Score and grill the kosher hot dog and grill the kosher bologna on the same flat-top. Run a bead of mustard - just enough to taste - along the inside of a warmed poppy seed roll. Place the hot dog on the roll and top with bologna, tucking the extra meat alongside the hot dog inside the bun. P.S. Some like relish or kraut or onions or chili, or any combo thereof. I think it spoils the delicious simplicity.
