Hillbilly Hot Dogs - Custom Weenie

Two melt-in-your mouth deep mozzarella fried cheese sticks nestled on either side of your weenie, topped with marinara sauce (or pizza sauce if you prefer) and an extra topping of Mozzarella cheese melted to perfection. A side of cheese dip is optional, but highly reccommended.

Weenie: Beef

Treatment: Grilled

Toppings: Nacho Cheese, Shredded Cheese, Pizza Sauce, Deep Fried Mozz Cheese Sticks, Marinara sauce and/or meat sauce

Your new fangled web site didn't let me click on the added portions. But I think I was clear on my description. Grilled weenie, two deep fried cheese sticks on either side, smothered in marinara, or a pizza sauce, topped by mozzarella cheese (or any other shredded cheese). Optional cheese dip as a side. The benefit to this product would be that you would only have to add cheese-sticks to your menu, which would then be a cheap additional side-item for folks to buy with a side of the pizza sauce you already stock. Plus, cheese sticks can be purchased frozen. Buy the right ones, and you'll not only have a new side, but also a new weenie.
